The app, via which customers receive personalised nutritional suggestions, provides an avenue to encourage ongoing participation with DayTwo.

One mechanism is via a loyalty program. Customers receive rewards and discounts, incentivising future purchases. They can also choose to display their level of achievement via a public profile.

As stated by Lihi Segal, DayTwo CEO, "Give me 15 minutes and I can explain the benefit of the product to a healthy person, but that kind of heavy lifting is not an option for us". We want customers to become the ambassadors that spend those 15 minutes talking with their family and friends. While the testing kit provides educational and motivation material to kick-start this journey, ongoing engagement and interaction with app encourages recommendations and referrals over time.
